Massage the stress points on your own hands
Stress and tension falls on your weakest spot such as your neck, shoulders, back, stomach, intestines,… By massaging certain pressure points on your hands, you can reduce these complaints and pains and your body will be brought back into balance.
During this (online) workshop you will learn the techniques to give your own hands a pleasant massage.
Your wellness coach will explain and show where the zones to be treated are in order to tackle the first symptoms and massage away. Massaging your own hands has a calming effect and helps relieve stress!
