Qigong


Qi gong (pronounced chee ghong) consists of slow, silent and smooth movements performed in harmony with a gentle, deep abdominal breathing, to ensure a good flow of blood and energy throughout the body. It is relaxing for body and soul. Qi means life energy with the intention of maintaining and strengthening your physical and mental health.

Daily life brings stress with it. We get overloaded, sleep less well, so that releasing tensions is less successful than necessary.  The offered exercises are simple, accessible, safe, practicable and can be applied well in daily work and life.
