While standard Yoga mainly works on individual realization and relaxation, Team Yoga is rather a social activity that connects people and strengthens the ties. Connection and fun is central to Team Yoga! Ideally suited for team building or other activities!
We work alternately in groups of 2, 3 or more people. The exercises that are dealt with provide the necessary portion of relaxation. You learn to cooperate and trust, and you discover, as it were, that you can do much more than you think.
Team Yoga contributes to a good physical and mental health of the employees. Knowing that employees get to know each other in a very different way and receive exercises where communication and cooperation (in a funny way) is the key, Team Yoga also contributes to a well-functioning team and a pleasant working atmosphere.
